Originality of artworks
Through this webshop, our company carries out agency activities - commission sales. As a broker, we do not guarantee the originality of the artworks!
Receiving in person (in Hungary)
Our company recommends personal collection to its customers in all cases. In our warehouse (Nagykanizsa) you can receive and inspect the work you want to buy before the purchase, and you can also view the stock of thousands of pieces. You can even bring your own expert!
Shipping
The purchase price of the products does not include shipping costs.
All products are sent to the Customer with value insurance. Please inspect the package carefully before receiving it and do not take it if it is damaged. Report it to the delivery man and let us know!
Delivery in Hungary
In Hungary, we take over the delivery (and packaging) costs at the expense of our commission. This only applies to a successful purchase, in the case of returned products we are not able to take over these extra costs!
Delivery abroad
In case of delivery abroad, please contact us via e-mail, where we will inform you about the possible delivery methods and fees (depending on the product(s) and the country). Please transfer the price of the product(s), the delivery and handling costs to our bank account in advance. The package will be sent after the amount is received.
Payment
After placing the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the name of the product(s), the Customer's details and our bank account number, to which we ask you to transfer the purchase price in advance. The package will be sent after the amount is received. We will also send you a confirmation of receipt of the amount, enclosing the invoice.
Product return
If the Buyer wants to return the product(s) (s)he has to pay all costs to return it back to us. After the product arrived we are documenting the opening and if there are any damages, (s)he is obligated to pay a restoration fee which will be deducted from the purchase price.
We can only refund the purchase price of the product(s) after its returned!
